Chibi skeleton with a comically oversized skull and a wide toothy grin that leans firmly toward playful. The disproportionately large head sits on a slender body, where a defined rib cage built from clean horizontal ridges runs across the chest. Small arms hang straight down at the sides with simplified blocky hands, and short sturdy legs end in chunky feet with distinct separated toes.

Up close the proportions reveal themselves in the clean horizontal ridges and the rounded dome of the oversized cranium. The hollow eye sockets and small nasal cavity only register when the piece is right in front of you, and the way the spine runs straight down the center of the chest gives the whole figure a satisfyingly clean silhouette. The blocky hands and chunky feet balance the oversized head without feeling out of place.

The skeleton’s proportions are what make it charming rather than spooky, with that cheerful grin doing most of the work. Pack it in a box and watch someone turn it around twice before they even say thanks. The separated toes on each foot are a small detail that only registers when you hold it close.
