Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

By using 3D Avenue UAE and making purchases, you agree to the following terms:

Products

  • We sell 3D printed items, available as ready-stock or made-to-order.
  • Custom prints must comply with UAE laws, including Federal Law No. 36/2021 on Copyright and Neighboring Rights, and must not infringe on copyright or intellectual property rights.
  • Ownership of the physical printed item transfers to the buyer upon purchase.

Orders & Production

  • Ready-stock items are shipped within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
  • Custom orders may take up to 7 business days depending on complexity, quantity, and material. Production begins automatically once the order is confirmed and enters the next available queue.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these terms.
  • Business hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM GST, Sunday–Thursday. Orders placed after the 2:00 PM GST daily cut-off, or outside business hours, will be processed the next business day — see our Shipping Policy for details.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are displayed inclusive of all applicable taxes for customer simplicity.
  • The price displayed at checkout is the final price you will pay — no hidden fees.
  • We accept online payments only through our secure payment gateway.

Custom Order Cancellation

  • Within 24 hours of receiving order confirmation (ready-stock): Full refund.
  • Within 6 hours of receiving order confirmation (custom orders): Full refund. If you place a custom order in the last 2 hours of business hours (4:00 PM – 6:00 PM GST), your cancellation window extends to the end of the next business day.
  • After the above windows but before production starts: 50% cancellation fee to cover material and setup costs. This fee applies only when material costs or slicing/setup time have been incurred.
  • After production has started: No refund — materials and machine time are consumed. However, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
  • Production is considered to have started when: the design file has been sliced and the print job has been queued on a printer, or when material has been loaded for the print (whichever occurs first).
  • Custom orders enter the production queue automatically after confirmation. We do not send notifications when production begins.
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp. Verbal cancellation requests will not be processed.
  • Custom-made items are exempt from the UAE consumer cooling-off period under Article 17(2)(b) of Federal Decree-Law No. 15/2020.
  • By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that production may begin within 6 hours and cancellation is only available within the window stated above.

Warranty & Defects

  • Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Items damaged during shipping will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
  • Damage caused by the customer after delivery is not covered.
  • 3D printed items are for prototyping, decorative, and personal use unless explicitly stated otherwise. They are not guaranteed for structural, mechanical, or safety-critical applications.

Intellectual Property

  • 3D Avenue UAE holds selling rights for the physical printed items offered on this website. The underlying 3D models and designs may be created by third-party designers, and their intellectual property rights remain with the original creators.
  • Customers warrant that they hold, or have obtained permission for, all intellectual property rights in designs they submit for custom printing. 3D Avenue UAE is not liable for any IP infringement claims arising from customer-supplied designs. If a third-party IP claim is received, we reserve the right to refuse the order, destroy printed items, and seek indemnification from the customer for reasonable legal costs, any damages awarded, and any settlement amounts.
  • We reserve the right to request proof of IP ownership or licensing before printing any custom design. We may refuse to print designs that appear to depict recognizable characters, brands, or protected works without verification.
  • If we receive a valid IP infringement complaint, we will suspend the relevant order and notify the customer. Repeated IP complaints will result in account suspension.
  • Customers who upload infringing content may be reported to relevant UAE authorities under Federal Decree-Law No. 34/2021 on Combating Cybercrime and Federal Law No. 36/2021 on Copyright and Neighboring Rights.

Prohibited Use

Customers may not request, upload, or distribute:

  • Copyrighted or trademarked materials without proper authorization
  • Designs that violate UAE laws, regulations, or public morality
  • Illegal, harmful, or dangerous content

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

  • 3D Avenue UAE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim
  • We are not responsible for damage resulting from customer misuse, improper handling, or exposure to conditions outside our control
  • We are not liable for the cost of failed prints, material waste, or machine time consumed in fulfilling an order, except where such failures are due to our material or workmanship defects
  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law

Force Majeure

3D Avenue UAE is not liable for delays or failures to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, government restrictions, war, terrorism, or major supplier disruptions. Routine equipment maintenance, printer failures, nozzle clogs, and filament jams are operational risks and do not constitute force majeure events.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation for 14 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Consumers may also refer disputes to the relevant Consumer Protection Department in their emirate or through the UAE Ministry of Economy’s consumer protection portal.
