An elongated snout leads the whole shape forward, with black dot eyes set on either side keeping watch in two directions at once. Small legs hold the body low, the classic creeping stance chameleons never seem to abandon.
The real showpiece is the tail: green, segmented, and coiled into a tight spiral at the end, the one detail every version of this animal insists on.
Nobody wound that tail up. It arrived that tight.
