In the hand it is a fidget first: twist the knurled rings, run them down the thread, twist them back. The middle hides a small storage space for cash, a pill, or anything else tiny you want to keep close.
Steel key ring included. This is the 8cm size, the more compact of the two; there is also a 10cm version.
